Return Policy

1. Service-Based Business

21dev provides professional services, not physical products. As such, traditional "returns" do not apply. However, we are committed to client satisfaction.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to make reasonable revisions at no additional cost.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:

• Before work begins: Full refund of deposit minus any third-party costs incurred
• During the project: Partial refund based on work completed
• After delivery: No refunds, but revisions are provided as per the agreement

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the project with written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, mediation may be pursued.
