1. Introduction

Welcome to 21dev. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

21dev provides web development, design, and related digital services. All services are subject to a separate project agreement or statement of work that defines scope, timeline, and payment terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client. 21dev retains the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) may be subject to their own licenses.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the project agreement. Typically, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month.

5. Revisions and Scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the project strictly confidential. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

21dev's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. The client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris.
