Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

21dev provides digital services. All deliverables are delivered electronically via email, cloud storage, or version control systems (GitHub, GitLab).

2. Project Timelines

Project timelines are established in the project agreement. Typical delivery schedules:

Landing page: 2-3 weeks
Small website (5-10 pages): 4-6 weeks
Medium web application: 8-12 weeks
Large platform/SaaS: 3-6 months

3. Milestone Deliveries

Projects are typically divided into milestones with deliverables at each stage. Clients receive access to review and approve work at each milestone.

4. Source Code Handover

Upon final payment, all source code, design files, and assets are transferred to the client. This includes repository access, design files (Figma), and documentation.

5. Delays

Timelines may be affected by:

Late feedback or approvals from the client
Scope changes requested during the project
Third-party dependencies or integrations

We will communicate any delays as soon as they are identified.

6. Post-Delivery Support

All projects include a 30-day bug-fixing period after launch. Extended support and maintenance packages are available separately.
